Opis Team Members

We have a policy of open communication among our team members. Freedom to talk openly with your supervisor is essential to a productive work environment and to your satisfaction with working at the Center. Although most misunderstandings can and should be solved on an informal basis with your supervisor, more formal provisions have been made to resolve difficult problems. Please review the complaint procedure outlined in the Opis Team Member Handbook or contact your immediate supervisor for guidance.
If for whatever reason you are uncomfortable approaching either your supervisor, or someone further up the organization with the problem, you may bypass that individual and call the Opis Connection toll-free at (888) 846-8906. An independent company operates the Opis Connection Line, and calls or on-line inquires may be made anonymously. No supervisor may place a team member at a disadvantage or retaliate against a team member who lodges a complaint, or an appeal of disciplinary action. Any proven violation of the above shall result in disciplinary action against the supervisor.

Team Members are further encouraged to follow the Opis Management Compliance and Integrity Policy if they become aware of any violation of the False Claims Act (FCA). You may also notify the Opis Connection Line. Opis Compliance Officers will thoroughly investigate all reported allegations of FCA. Phone number to be contacted: 888-846-8906; and Email:Compliance.Officer@opismr.com.

The availability and use of this grievance procedure does not prevent a person from filing a complaint of discrimination with the Office for Civil Rights or the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
