We offer enhanced programs for customer service to ensure your loved one feels welcomed and we provide quick and accessible avenues to you for any questions or concerns you may have during your loved one’s stay in our center. Our clinical team specializes in the care of the elderly and we are committed to ongoing education and training for our caregiver team members.
In addition to the differences you will see and feel when you visit any of our Opis Centers, we are proud of our accomplishments. Three of our centers have been recently recognized with the prestigious Governor’s Gold Seal Award. A nursing center must be in the top 5% to even be eligible to apply for this distinction. Our state survey results consistently exceed the state average. Our employee satisfaction survey and customer satisfaction survey results are among the best in our profession.
