Lori Hill

Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Lori Hill is responsible for overseeing all marketing and census management activities for the nursing centers and assisted living facility managed by Opis. Lori oversees and directs the activities and processes for each center’s Admissions department. She also supervises the Director of Sales & Marketing and our external sales team.
 
Lori has held regional and corporate level census management positions in the LTC profession since 1994.  Previously in her career, she provided practice development consulting services to sub-specialty physician practices, developed physician referral relationships for a tertiary hospital network, established a model for collaborative business partnerships between the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare providers, and designed a government/private initiative to improve community health status.
 
Lori has established an outcome-oriented approach to census development which includes a sales account management system and daily, weekly and monthly census and activity tracking.
 
Census development strategies and focus are adjusted annually, based on corporate goals; resulting trends align as required to ensure financial viability and success.
 
Lori graduated in 1982 from the University of Wisconsin at La Crosse with a B.S. in Community Health Education.
