Linda Graver, N.H.A.

Director of Ancillary Services

As Director of Ancillary Services, Linda Graver is responsible for collaborating with finance, operations and clinical services to provide ancillary services either directly by Opis Management resource affiliates or by contracting with reputable vendors. Linda monitors ancillary service providers for compliance with Opis standards for customer service, regulations, reimbursement, and contractual commitments. Linda also serves as the general manager for Opis Medical Supply which provides Part B enteral, ostomy, urological, wound care and trach supplies to customers in skilled nursing centers. Linda works directly with the Opis team to identify opportunities to enhance services while maximizing revenue in a cost effective manner.

Linda began her career in healthcare in 1979 as a registered nurse. She held staff and management positions in acute care, long term care and home health care. She also consulted with acute care and long term care in the clinical indications and financial reimbursement for specialty DME equipment. In 1991 she became licensed as a Florida Nursing Home Administrator, working as an Administrator for a privately owned nursing center responsible for all aspects of operations. She joined Genesis HealthCare Corporation in 1995 where she held positions of Administrator, Senior Administrator, Executive Administrator and Regional Director of Operations, Director of Recruitment & Retention. She joined the Opis Management Resources team upon its inception in May 2003 and is proud to be a member of the Opis team serving Florida’s elders.

Linda became certified as a skilled nursing home administrator in 2007 by the American College of Health Care Administrators. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration through St. Joseph College of Maine. She is an active member of Florida Health Care Association and serves on the Legislative Committee.
